Guacamole is great to serve as an appetizer or as a snack together with tortilla chips.
With this simple recipe, you never have to buy pre-made guacamole again. This is a much healthier and tastier alternative compared to the pre-made ones that you can buy in the grocery store.
Press the garlic using a garlic press, and add cumin
Chop tomatoes & coriander and add to the bowl
Add salt to taste and mix
Serve with tortilla chips. Alternatively, garnish with some coriander leaves on top.
Notes
You can exclude coriander in this recipe if you do not like the taste of it. However, it can be fun to taste with the herb since it tastes really good together with the rest of the ingredients.This guacamole recipe is popular among my family and friends that doesn't like the taste of coriander.
